Digital Guides & Downloads

All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Because access is provided right away, digital guides and downloads are non-refundable.

Travel Planning Fees

Travel planning fees cover professional time, expertise, and research.

• Planning fees are refundable only if canceled before planning work begins

• Once planning work has started, the planning fee is earned and non-refundable

• Planning fees are not contingent on trip booking, pricing, availability, or travel outcomes

Commission-Only Bookings

For trips booked without a planning fee, Storybook Family Travel is compensated through commissions paid by travel suppliers.

• Storybook Family Travel does not charge a planning fee for commission-only bookings

• All cancellations, refunds, credits, and penalties are governed by the travel supplier’s terms and conditions

• Storybook Family Travel does not control supplier refund timelines or policies

Cancellations & External Factors

Travel plans may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, airline changes, supplier closures, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Storybook Family Travel is not responsible for disruptions caused by these events.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
