This Planning Agreement outlines the terms for paid travel planning services provided by Storybook Family Travel.
By purchasing a planning service, you agree to the following:
Scope of Services
Storybook Family Travel provides personalized travel planning services, which may include research, itinerary design, recommendations, booking assistance, and consultation based on the service level selected.
Planning services vary by destination, trip type, and location. The exact scope depends on the planning package chosen at checkout.
Storybook Family Travel does not guarantee pricing, availability, travel outcomes, or experiences.
Planning Fees
Planning fees are charged for professional time, expertise, and research.
Planning fees are refundable only if canceled before planning work begins
Once planning work has started, the fee is earned and non-refundable
Planning fees are not contingent on trip booking, supplier availability, or final travel decisions
Planning work begins once payment is received and this agreement is signed.
Commission-Only Bookings
Some bookings may not require a planning fee and are compensated through commissions paid by travel suppliers.
Storybook Family Travel does not control supplier cancellation, refund, or change policies
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier
Cancellations & External Factors
Storybook Family Travel is not responsible for events outside its control, including but not limited to weather, airline changes, supplier closures, illness, or unforeseen disruptions.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Planning Agreement and the Storybook Family Travel Refund & Cancellation Policy.
